Server 9117 IBM System p 570 power 5 and Power 5+ |  The p5-570 uses a 4U Rack-Mount Server Drawer, and can be configured with 1 to 4 Drawers in a single rack. Each Server Drawer supports up to two Processor Cards for a maximum 16-way configuration System (8x 2-way Processors).

The 570 System uses either DDR1 or DDR2 memory, depending on the Processor.
The minimum memory requirement for any 2-way system is 2GB of DDR1 via FC #4452: 2048MB Memory (4x 512MB DIMMs). This may be expanded to 512GB DDR1 memory or 64GB of DDR2 memory.

- 4453: 4096MB (4x1024MB) DIMMs 208-pin 8NS Stacked DDR SDRAM

- 4492: 32768MB (4x8192MB) DIMMs 208-pin 250MHz Stacked DDR1 SDRAM
